Yoga is a spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation and the adaption of specific bodily postures, and widely practised for health and relaxation. Yoga gives relax and rise a feeling of peace in mind. ☆ We organized a program of yoga in Gaytri vidhya mandir in kotra. The program was held for two days. In this program the Students of Sarasvati Vidya Mandir, K.U.P.S kotra, P.S kotra and not only student but also the people men and women both take part in the program and the program was very awesome. The aasan are like: Tadaasan : It helps to increase the height. Shaahkasan : It helps to regulate the heart function simultaneously and smoothly and cure heart diseases. Mandukasan : It help to maintain the sugar in the body. Markataasan : It help to relax in the pain of the backbone. Bhastrika Pranayam : It helps to cure asthma and give relief in breath problems. Kapalbhati : It reduces the weight,and dissolve sist and regulate the function of the kidney. Anulom Vilom : It filter blood. Bharamari, Udgeeth, Pranav dhyan all these stay away from the diseases.
