Due to the bad weather conditions happened recently in sri lanka mostly in the wet zone in the island , 10th colombo ananda college scout troop organized a flood relief program to help our fellow people. That was a real pleasure for us to help those helpless people. We choose a date. It was 2016.5.15. There were lots of donators who helped us in different ways such as goods, financially and with transporting.It was the day, at about 6.00 am we all packed the donations thad we had and loaded them to the trucks. We arrived at kaduwela at about 8.00 am . That was a very emotional moment. All the people were suffering from the flood. We distributed the goods and they had a smile in their faces. They thanked us a lot. we had some inner happiness in our hearts. The project ended at about 11.00 am.We thanked all the donators for helping us and all the sri lankans who suffered from the flood.
