Education program The project in which I took part, was called "Development and renovation of the National Youth Program". This project had been implementing since August 2015 to June 2016. The main purpose of the project was creating better conditions for more effective work of scout groups and also the increasing of amount of these groups by creating attractive youth scout program. Authors and directors of that project were experienced scout volunteers, however, during the implementation of the project, there was an opportunity for young scouts to take part in, including me. One part of this project is preparing young scout leaders to work with scout groups. This part in Kazakhstan called "Tore school" (leader in Kazakh language). This course/project was piloting in 22 secondary schools. Volunteers were chosen from the 9th grade students, who were educated with new methodology. About 60 pupils had successfully passed this course. All Kazakhstany scouts were prepared not only to be leaders of small groups, but also were tought how to be good camp leaders, with all this specification. Because of knowledge and skills we got during our course we successfully have done summer camp, called "EXPO CAMP", which was visited by more than 1000 participants. Moreover, we created a YouTube channel for popularizing scouting in Kazakhstan. With support of our mentor scouts, we create videos on a regular basis and do a lot of other interesting work, such as acting as main characters. On this channel we publish videos with different scouts from Kazakhstan, videos from the camps, online streaming of some important events and other interesting staff. Also, we are open to publish your videos on our channel, with your permission, of course. In conclusion, I'd like to say, that because of "Messengers of Peace" I become a scout, and, I'm sure, that scouts from all over the world will create a better world.
