Eagle Scout Projects are the publicly known requirement for one of the Boy Scouts of America's highest youth awards. This Eagle Project was done at the Richard and Donna O'Neill Land Conservancy off of Highway 74 in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The project was to put up three informational signs on the Conservancy to let people know who the owners are and how to reach them for access.
