As a part of community development project the guides of 39th Jancy Rani open group decided to organise a survey of health and contagious disease and conduct an awareness program about physical health of society. So on 21.06.2014 we decided to take decision on COH to edamulakal panchayat’s 19th ward with the permission of our head of the institution and guide captain. For more information about our concept we conduct an interview with health inspector. He suggested an idea about kitchen garden for which we took a land on lease and cultivate the crops. We had cultivated this crop in the period of one year. So, we divided the programme in six parts. First part of this programme was survey. Conclusion of survey and remedies was the second part of the programme. Third part was making people aware of the contagious diseases. Encouraging housewives to keep the home and surroundings clean and hygiene was the fourth part of programme. Fifth part was advising the people to use the vegetables planted in their own kitchen gardens and sixth part contained the conclusion and evaluation of programme.
