10 voluntary scouts residing at Thimphu volunteered to clear off the wastes dumped at samarzingkha near the Tandin lhakhang. The cleaning started at around 10am and lasted till around 4pm in the evening. The lhakhang is currently under restoration and is around 15 minutes walk from the road point.
