Report on cleaning campaign We the Nachung scout members and the health club members organized cleaning campaign on 16th September, 2017 in two villages namely; Melongkhar and Chema. In total we have 38 students, 3 supporting staffs and 6 teachers participating in our programme. We picked all kinds of wastes which later on segregated and burned. We also dug two pits near two lakhang in two different villages. We started our journey from school at 8:00 am and reached our destined area at 8:30. We started our work after 5 minutes of rest. We all had our lunch together at 2:00 pm, which was prepared by our cook. We worked till 4:00 pm. The main objectives behind organizing the cleaning campaign are;  To maintain clean and green environment.  To create awareness on waste management.  To contribute to the society in creating litter free society.
