60 young people and leaders attended an exciting workshop at Scouts Queensland HQ.

This workshop is helping to build the capacity of young leaders and subject matter experts to develop resources and programming materials.  These will be used in the new Scouts Australia Youth Programme - Special Interest Areas. These areas are Adventure and Sport, Arts and Literature, Creating a Better World, Environment, Growth and Development, STEM and Innovation. It is great to see how accommodating the SDGs are when considered against activities that are already included in our exciting new youth program.

This has been a fantastic learning experience, sharing our ideas, looking at goals and writing SMART objectives. We can not wait to introduce these to our young people on September 1st 2019.
