For the whole summer scouts and non-scout from around the country were able to participate at 3 sub-national scout platforms (cubs, explores, adventurers). These activities took place in 3 different regions of Moldova (north, center and south) during summer and involved as well non-scout volunteer/facilitators. In the activities were done scout activities: Scout Profile, Messengers of Peace’s activities and their impact, Learning by doing, etc.. As promoters of these values were 246 kids who attended the platforms - 443 children of all ages (Cub Scouts 7-10 years; Adventurers 11-14 years; Explorers 15-17 years). The event for the Cubs were hold on 1-5 July, Ivancea, Orhei. During the few days of the platform, participants had the opportunity to know, assimilate and experience everything they have learned. Regardless of status, all have worked shoulder to shoulder, full of enthusiasm, smiles, new experiences and challenges. Thus, cubs were the first to open the series nice activities and have mastered the practice Scout and a Messenger of Peace with a timetable in which each day was named to Principle Scout: Duty to God, Duty to others, and Duty to Self. In doing so they had the opportunity to restore peace through the prism of spiritual values, the aid I can give a friend/ unknown and not least through personal development. “SCOUT- you have a holy name”- was the platform for the Adventures, event organized on 8 to 12 August 2016, Hururestii de Sus. Participants joined their knowledge about the World Scout Movement, of the Scout method and many other things that everyone should know a scout. The “Adventure at Giurgiulesti” took place on 15-20 August for the Explorers of NSAMoldova in the south of the country. It was a well defined agenda with a lot of knowledge and Scouting. The participants were actively involved in different trainings. This summer has proven to be one full of games, songs, challenges, fun activities and self-dedication perfect combination for a successful platform with true Messengers of Peace.
