Book donation drive
I was motivated to lead the book donation drive because I believe every child deserves access to stories and knowledge that can inspire their imagination and learning. Seeing many primary school children struggle with limited reading resources encouraged me to take action.
I organized the drive by reaching out to students, parents, and community members for book contributions, and then arranged the collection, sorting, and distribution to the primary school. The drive was executed with teamwork, clear communication, and community support.
From this experience, I learned the value of small acts of service in creating a lasting impact, the importance of collaboration, and how leadership is about inspiring others to contribute to a common goal.
