Youth members conducted a citizen science project to collect data on invertebrate populations at the Blackburn Lake Sanctuary over a 24 hour period. Data was loaded to the Museum of Victoria website. Project supported by local carers from the sanctuary. Activity brought acclaim from parents and community supporters - Youth want to do again next year. Service hours claimed are actual activity. 5 scouts planned the activity over the preceding 6 months.
