We the Raywa CBS troops and scouts cultural hike starting from 7am to 5pm covering around 45 km was a successful one for the day.The team started the hike from Sangaygang to the Lunta Goenpa,espicially crossing religious sites like Choekhortse,Wangditse,Dechenphodrang and Dechenphu all on foot through ridges.The main theme for the day by the scouts was "Hike For Peace..." Our hike was not simply a walk or ideal one that we normally do,instead was a wonderful memory of our scouting experience including waste management and forest preservation advocacy to public through hike which is vital for peace in a community.So usually when we were in a campus of a temple and monastries,we made an offerrings, lit a butterlamp,erected a prayer flags for all the sentien beings and for peace around the world.The journey was an adventure too for all of us as the trail to reach in every places thats mentioned was the first time for us,,though it was something like that for first timer, we made up the adventure to fun activity.Well we have come to an end of our hike at Dechenphu which was our last trip around 5pm were all of us were tired but were all happy of our successful trip through adventure,fun and advocacy to community.
