On the birthday of our Honorable President, 13th Hussars arranged a virtual program with was attended by all the River Scout Leaders, Ex rovers and all the rest of the rovers. We had a special guest from Hong Kong, Alexander Wong, on of the closest friends of our President. The program started with Dua Mahfil, cultural program and with all the best wishes for our President.
