3rd Scout Photos Contest

Driven by the belief that every young Scout has a unique vision to share, this program turns the 3rd National Scout Photo Contest into concrete action. By equipping Scouts with professional photography skills and knowledge of intellectual property rights, we empower them to showcase their talents, celebrate their creativity, and proudly represent their nation at the Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Photo Contest.
The program selects 50 candidates through an online photo screening for a 2-day hybrid training session with photography experts. From there, a second round narrows the pool to 10 finalists, who spend a month preparing a new portfolio and a 5-minute presentation for the finals in Phnom Penh. Ultimately, the top three winners are chosen to advance and represent the nation at the Asia-Pacific regional competition.
This educational pipeline equips Scouts with professional photography, portfolio building, and public speaking skills while instilling crucial knowledge of intellectual property and individual privacy rights. By blending technical expertise with ethical media creation, the program fosters innovation, teamwork, and civic responsibility, empowering youth to advocate for community peace and national development through visual storytelling.
