The City Government of Cabanatuan City in partnership with MOP Boy Scouts of the Philippines Cabanatuan City Council and Department of Education (Cabanatuan Division) celebrated the 116th Philippine Independence Day last June 12, 2014. The celebration was participated by 10,000 scouts, students, government offices, private companies and different NGOs.
