Weaverbird Crew undertake Rovermate I training

The Rovermate Training this year was held between 29th February to 3rd March 2024. The training is meant to equip youth leaders with leadership and administrative skills as far as crew operations are concerned and also guide them down the right path as far as the Rovers program is concerned. The training brough together over 80 youth from Crews all around the country who hold the Rovermate I or Rovermate II designation in their Crews. As JSL for the Weaverbird Rover Crew it is a privilege to have a better equipped leadership for the Rover Crew which is one of the most important steps to a vibrant youth-centric program leadership - competence and I look forward to a year of service projects that impact our community positively.pp
