Soroti scout council today help a meeting to discus the achievements,challenges and the way forward for the year 2020,we also heard to discuss the activities that we shall implement next year on our work. Inadequacy of human and financial resources is one of great challenges to attaining our goals,so we discussed business ideas to resource mobile these included forming A scout SACCO and do trainings to build capacity to uplift the level of scouting in our district. 2020 is when the 8th Africa scout jamboree is going to take place, we shall attend it in high numbers as a district. we are optimistic that the 33 leaders who attended the meeting are going to raise the values of scouting to greater heights come next year.
