On the occasion of World Literacy Day on September 8, 2024, a rally was organized by the joint efforts of East Central Railway, Bharat Scouts and Guides District Association Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay's School Open Group in collaboration with Railway Inter College. The rally started from the college and reached Pashurampur and Chandhasi villages, where awareness about literacy was spread among the people. The importance of education in daily life was highlighted through the campaign. The aim was to increase global awareness about the significance of literacy for individuals, communities, and societies. _Ward No. 14 Pashurampur and Chandhasi Sarpanch, Pinki Devi ji_ blessed the children by giving her valuable words. The children informed people at various places about the purpose of _education_, and the program concluded successfully. On this occasion, all the scouts and unit leaders of the group were present and made the program a successfull.
