Soroti male prisons periodically organises football matches to entain the inmates,the scouts club being strong,it has a team, so we have been playing other wards but today we had semi finals against ward 13,so the district leaders and scouts decided to swing into action to make sure their team has full moral,we went in gave the best moral and eventually our team won 3:1 .Meaning we have qualified to go for finals. We as Soroti scouts council are very happy to be at the centre of Rehabilitation for the inmates in soroti prisons.
