The Rajya Puraskar Ceremony, a prestigious event in the Bharat Scouts and Guides movement, was held on 09.05.2025 at Raj Bhawan, Bhubaneswar. The Rajya Puraskar Award is the highest state-level recognition. The event was graced by the Hon'ble Governor of Odisha, Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati, along with Hon'ble Lady Governor of Odisha Smt. Jayashree Kambhampati, Hon'ble Minister Hr. Education, Sports & Youth Services, Odia Language Sj. Suryabanshi Suraj, Hon'ble Minister, School & MASS Education, ST & SC Development, Minorities & Backward Welfare Sj. Nityananda Gond and several dignitaries and senior officials from the Odisha State Bharat Scouts and Guides. A total of 970 scouts and guides from various districts of the state received the Rajya Puraskar certificates and badges. The chief guest praised the dedication, discipline, and service spirit of the awardees, encouraging them to continue serving society with sincerity.
