The Bangalore South District Association successfully organized and meticulously executed a one-day workshop for all the adult leaders with the objective of enhancing their preparedness while building their capacities with respect to specific topics. The workshop saw active participation of around 150 unit leaders, spanning across all sections of the movement. 

The workshop elucidated on the requirements for differentiated and progressive awards while helping everyone comprehend the data updation process within the OYMS platform. Guidelines pertaining to the maintenance of logbooks and accurate documentation of activities undertaken were made available to all the attendees. Lastly, the plan pertaining upcoming camps and annual schedule of events were communicated while encouraging them to plan accordingly to maximise attendance in general. 

The doubts and discrepancies raised by the adult leaders were addressed while providing a strategic direction for ensuring holistic advancement of young people through meaningful engagement. The day marked an important milestone in disseminating relevant information to the grassroots level.
