Dipajora Primary School Bootcamp
What inspired you to take up the project?
My motivation was to share my scouting knowledge and skills with young scouts and help them develop teamwork, leadership, discipline, and confidence.
What are the learnings you got from implementing this project and how would you make it better?
I learned to develop leadership, teamwork, communication, and time management skills while sharing my scouting knowledge with young scouts.
Where was your project implemented and how did you execute it?
A two-day Scout Bootcamp was conducted at Dipajora Primary School on 22–24 August 2026, with 55 Nachung Scouts participating in scouting activities, survival training, physical exercises, and team-building games to develop their skills, teamwork, leadership, and discipline.
