Attending the International Leadership Training (ILT) 2025 in Antananarivo, Madagascar is an incredible opportunity for me as a young leader in Scouting. This unique gathering has brought together 28 passionate youth leaders from across Africa to learn, share, and grow together. Over the next few days, we will be exploring leadership, communication, project planning, and collaboration—skills that are vital not only in Scouting but also in making a real difference in our communities.
