The "Course for Rover Mate 2025" was a capacity-buliding training course aimed at enhancing leadership, teamwork, and service skills among Rover Scouts. Under har dynamic leadership the participants engaged in intensive training sessions, group work, community service planining, and practical scouting activities. 50 Rover Scouts trained as future Rover Mates Enhanced leadership potential among young adults.Commitment towards community service initiatives post-course Strengthened Rover Scout networking and cooperation at the university level Promoted gender-inclusive leadership with a female course leader inspiring others.
