Maharishi District Scouts & Guides ZONAL LEVEL STANDARD JUDGING COMPETITION Maharishi District Scouts & Guides conducted Zonal level Standard Judging Competition at MIRS camp centre Sunguvarchathram on2nd & 3rd February 2016. 112 Scouts, Guides, Cubs ,Bulbuls, Scouters and Guiders from Chennai District namely East Chennai, Maharishi, Ponneri and Tiruvallur participated in the camp. MrD.Poornachandran ALT ( C ) Zonal Co-ordinator & District Secretary of Maharishi District introduced the Judges. Shri.G.KunchithaPatham ALT(S) DTC(S) of Chengalpet, Smt.Girijaya ALT(G) DTC (G) of Cuddalore District.Shri Lakshmanan HWB(C) of Coimbatore & Smt Usha DOC(G) of Cuddalore. We had competition on Play Acting, Jungle Play/Tara Story, Pravesh, Handicrafts ,Flag Cermony ,Uniform& Smartness, Drills & Marching,Red for Cubs and Bulbuls. Scouts & Guides had their Campcraft ,Pionering, Cooking, Drills & Marching , First Aid, Compass&Mapping,Uniform & Smartness,Colour Party,Pioneering Project and BPsix. Shri S.Namasivayam District Chief Commissioner visited the Camp. In the Validectory function Shri Kesavan Bursar of Mirs and Vice President of Maharishi District was the Chief Guest blessed and gave Prizes, Certificates & Winners & Runners awarded with RollingTrophy and Prizes.Scout Arun welcomed the gathering Guide Varshini Ganapathy rendered vote of thanks.Mr.D.Poornachandran ALT( c) Zonal Co-ordinator and District Secretary was the Master of Ceremony.
