26 June 2018, where we are holding our first project meeting at BP House with our team member to discuss more on our project which is ‘Walkside by Rovs Project’. While we have 20 SWA passport holder to conduct our project which such give a big impack to our society. There are a lot of thing that is discussed during our four hours meeting that is started from 8.00pm to 12.00am. Our meeting is discussing more on our project like the location of the project, task division, method and location to collect the bottle caps such as campaign, tour, street and beach cleaning and collaboration, and how to promote our project so that we can attract people to contribute to our project in terms of bottle caps collection and to create awareness among people to take a good care of our environment. Not only that, we are also focusing on work progress especially our project’s timeline from the end of June until August. In conclusion, we have finalized our group division and the task for each group. I am selected into group 2 where my task is including and focusing on corporate communication, media social, and street and beach cleaning. Also, our next progress to do is site visit at our chosen location to know more about the place where we will run this SWA project for our community.
