The Bharat Scouts & Guides Maharishi District conducted “SCOUTS & GUIDES Week” celebrations at Maharishi Vidya Mandir Irungakottai on 7th November 2015. There are 60 Scouts & Guides 5 Scouters & Guiders from Maharishi Vidya Mandir Chetpet, Mandir,Maharishi Vidya Mandir Polachery and Maharishi Vidya Mandir Irungakottai were participated. Mr.Stalin of Maharishi Vidya Mandir Irungakottai welcomed the gathering. We had competition on Quiz, Community Song and Fancy dress competition. The Scouts & Guides enjoyed the competitions. Mr.D.Poornachandran ALT ( C ) District Secretary of Maharishi District present the importance of the Foundation Day. Mr.G.Kunchipatham A LT ( S ) was the Judge for the event. Smt .SaraSelvakumari Principal of Maharishi vidya Mandir Irungakottai was the Chief Guest.Shri Subbhaiah correspondent of Maharishi vidya Mandir Irungakottai gave Certificates & Prizes to the winners.Mr.D.Poornachandran ALT (C) rendered vote of thanks. With blessing of District Chief Commissioner Shri.S.Namasiviyam event went on well.
