We the family of Rigzhung rovers have successfully completed the second round of presentation on scouting for the first year students. Many of them have various knowledge about scouting.  We have presented about the basic principles of scouting and end up with account creation. 247 students have successfully enrolled in messenger of peace. So they can renders their services for better frameworks. They also aspect us to have better plan to run the programme smoothly.
