Dzongkhag Scout Conference was conducted with principals & scout leaders for the first time in the history of Pema Gatshel Dzongkhag. On this very event, I got an opportunity do presentation on latest updates on scouting and about scouting. By default, our school principals are the commissioner in the school, to abbreviate the gap between scout leader and the principals while conducting scout programs. I tried to educate our principals about scouting and I assure that with effect from this year, principals in the respective school may render their great supports.
