Passenger Service on Eid-ul-Fitr
During Eid-ul-Fitr, there is often heavy crowding and chaos in the trains as people return home. Many passengers, especially the elderly, sick, or women, face difficulties during their journey. Seeing this, I felt that if we could assist them, it would make their Eid celebrations more joyful. That’s when I decided to provide passenger services during Eid
During Eid, I went to the train stations and started helping passengers. I assisted the elderly, sick, and those who needed help. I also worked on reducing crowding in trains and ensured passengers’ safety by coordinating with station staff and train authorities.
This project taught me how important it is to help people, especially during joyful occasions like Eid. Small acts of kindness can greatly enhance the joy of others. I also learned that when we work together, we can truly make a positive difference in people’s live
