চতুর্থ অনলাইন Crew বৈঠকটি আমাদের সম্মানিত সহসভাপতি মোঃ আক্তারুজ্জামান খান কবির-বাংলাদেশ স্কাউটসের জাতীয় কমিশনার (সংগঠন), সেক্রেটারি জুবায়ের ইউসুফ-ডিএসএল ঢাকা মেট্রোপলিটন এবং বাংলাদেশ স্কাউটস জাতীয় কো-অর্ডিনেটর (এমওপি) বাংলাদেশ স্কাউটস এর উপস্থিতিতে সফলভাবে সমাপ্ত হয়েছে। রোভার স্কাউট লিডার আহমাদ বাসতুল হক ম্যাগনাস-এক্সিকিউটিভ বাংলাদেশ স্কাউটস রোভার অঞ্চল সহ এই ভার্চুয়াল সভায় বিপুল সংখ্যক রোভার সদস্য উপস্থিত ছিলেন। যথারীতি আমরা প্রার্থনা সংগীত, রোভার ম্যাটসের প্যাট্রোল রিপোর্টগুলি এবং আমাদের সহসভাপতি, সেক্রেটারি এবং রোভার স্কাউট লিডারের বক্তৃতা পরে শুরু করি। আমরা তিনটি ভিন্ন উইন্ডোতে Crew সভার আয়োজন করে তিনটি পৃথক অধিবেশন পর্যায় অনুযায়ী। ১. Squire দের জন্য- বাংলাদেশ স্কাউটের সাংগঠনিক কাঠামো: রোভার ম্যাট-এলাহাম হাসান চৌধুরী দ্বারা পরিচালিত। ২. সদস্য দের জন্য- First Aid: ইয়ামিন উল্লাহ সরকার দ্বারা পরিচালিত। ৩. প্রশিক্ষণ দের জন্য- পিআরএসের রাস্তা: আমাদের মাননীয় সেক্রেটারি জুবায়ের ইউসুফ দ্বারা পরিচালিত অবশেষে আমাদের মাননীয় ভাইস প্রেসিডেন্ট এবং ১৩ তম হুসার ওপেন রোভার স্কাউট Group সেক্রেটারির চূড়ান্ত সমাবেশ এবং সমাপনী বক্তৃতা দিয়ে Crew সভার সমাপ্তি ঘটল। অনলাইনে এই চতুর্থ ভার্চুয়াল Crew সভাটি এই বিশ্বব্যাপী মহামারী COVID-19 চলাকালীন আমাদের Group জন্য উল্লেখযোগ্য অর্জন। আমরা এই কোয়ারানটাইন পরিস্থিতি Crew মিটিং চালিয়ে যাচ্ছি পরিবারের সাথে আমাদের জীবনে স্কাউটিংয়ের স্বাস্থ্যকরতা প্রমাণ করে। 4th Online Crew Meeting successfully completed with the presence of our honorable Vice President Md Akhtaruzzaman Khan Kabir-National Commissioner(Organization) of Bangladesh Scouts, Secretary Jubair Eusuf-DSL of Dhaka Metro and National Co-ordinator(MOP) of Bangladesh Scouts and Rover Scout Leader Ahamad Basetul Haque Magnus- Professional Executive Bangladesh Scouts Rover Region, along with a huge number of members attending this Virtual Meeting. As usual we started with the Prayer Song, Patrol Reports by the Rover Mates followed by the words from our Vice President, Secretary and Rover Scout Leader. We organized the Crew Meeting in three different window with three different session stage wise. 1.For Squires- Organizing Structure of Bangladesh Scouts: conducted by Rover Mate- Elham Hasan Chowdhury. 2.For Membership- First Aid : conducted by Yamin Ullah Sarker. 3.For Training- Road to PRS: conducted by our honorable Secretary Jubair Eusuf Finally ended the Crew Meeting with final gathering and Closing Speeches by our Honorable Vice President and Secretary of 13th Hussars Open Rover Scout Group. This 4th Virtual Crew Meeting Online is significant achievement for our group during this Global Pandemic COVID-19.
