During the last 7 months in Ukraine was being implemented the project "More Scouting for the Ukrainian children», it happened thanks to the support of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. 6 stages from 8 have passed today (the project will be finished at the end of 2018). The main goal of the project is to grow up the number of Scouts through cooperation with schools and the creation of new Scout troops on their base. The project team as well as the national board of the National Organization of the Scouts of Ukraine are sure that the methodological base and educational programs for children and adults, as well as the development of the algorithm for creating the Scout unit will give an opportunity to the intensive development of Scouting in Ukraine. In addition, the project team offers opportunities for inclusive children to take an active part in the Scout Movement on an equal basis with others. Now we looking for next project activities for creating better Scouting in Ukraine Сomments from project participants: In our school n249 there are three classes with inclusive education. They have children with special educational needs like cerebral palsy. Therefore, when our program "More Scouting for Ukrainian Children" started to work in our school, the first ones to form the patrols were the kids from our inclusive class. Thanks to the organizers of the program, they were allowed to become Scouts and to participate in the program. We as a team of adult leaders support our patrol, they aren’t different from any other patrols and indeed they are interested in Scouting. This program will help children with special needs to thoroughly develop, socialize, gain skills in communicating with their peers, they will be able to show themselves and show their success, because these children are the same as our other students, persistent and always prepared. It began with the fact that in our communal institution "City Children's and Youth Center" we decided to open a new direction for the development of children as active citizens and members of their societies. The training program for adult leaders was very interesting, cognitive and very inspirational. We learnt a lot during the seminars that were held. The trainers did their best, they were so full of energy and good emotions that I wanted and still want to develop myself in the direction of Scouting. After the seminars I started looking for the opportunities to contribute to the full development of children and teenagers, as I want them to be responsible, educated and physically developed. As for me, I can make a definite conclusion: I am a Scout, and I think this is one of the best moments in my life!
