Luleka PS: Literacy Adventures for Communicators

The project aimed to improve learners’ literacy, reading fluency, and communication skills while expanding their knowledge of library use. It also sought to build confidence and foster a strong foundation in language, preparing learners as future community leaders.
Learners participated in reading, research, storytelling, vocabulary exercises, and discussion activities. Yeboneers guided them, encouraged participation, and helped learners engage creatively with library resources.
Yeboneers learned the value of patience and understanding, recognizing that some learners need extra support. Most learners were excited and engaged, improving confidence, reading fluency, creativity, and public speaking skills.
