Liwa PS understanding through reading

The project aimed to teach learners that comprehension is as important as reading itself. Reading was framed as an enjoyable and meaningful activity, not just a task.
Activities included reading, discussion, and comprehension exercises. Yeboneers supported learners individually to ensure understanding and engagement.
Understanding what you read is more important than just reading words. The project emphasized that literacy programs can build critical thinking, comprehension, and confidence among youth.
