A total of 7 scouts (1 Patrol) has attended the Tukang Masak and Jurumasak Di Khemah course organised by Subang Utama Scouts Group. This course was led by me myself, Joel Mok and assisted by Aqil (Assistant Scout Leader). Throughout this course, participants were taught on various useful and important backwood cooking techniques and the course ended with various cooking test. Examples of food cooked by the scouts are Nasi dalam Buluh, Ayam Pansuh, Ikan Bakar, Sayur Goreng as well as Telur Goreng. The outcome of the food looks good and tasty. The course started as early as 2pm and ended around 5 pm.
