VENUE: The Mall Road, Shimla Desc: In the week of International day of Disaster Reduction, HP STATE DISASTER MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY and DISTRICT DISASTER MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY organised a drill and workshop on What? Where? When? How? To do Safety measures during a Disaster type of situation and accidents happening around us. Our Rover and Ranger Unit participated in it and had much to learn and also practised many methods to do in emergency situations.
