November 29, 2014 Scout group "Totem" and his friends went to the town Vyshneve, near Kyiv, where is situated the shelter for dogs. Scout slogan "A good deed everyday" is the motto of life of the members of "Totem" that’s why we often help those who probably need human attention the most- the homeless animals. Shelter Dog "In good hands" is one of the sixteen shelters, which belongs to the charitable foundation «Happy Paw». Its residents really need people’s attention. All dogs were very happy to see us and we went for a walk with them. The weather was sunny, the dogs were jumping in the snow and were chasing each other. Shelter’s holders always appreciate people coming to help them and after our walk we met in a small room, where we were treated to tea and biscuits. Dogs and scouts liked this day very much. During our way to home, everybody was dreaming of his own dog, and even the guy who by this time was afraid of them, he also wanted to have a pet.
