NSOT appointd me, Dr. Natthawatana Nippagagorn, as course director of A.T.C. # 6/2562 course in Thailand that was arranged by Rajadhivas School and Rajadhivas Scout Club. I spend times for scouting all time, because I believe that it is a way for creating a better world. There are 60 participants and 25 instructors.
