The forum specifically on risk management and safe from harm discussion and study. Conducted by APR WOSM/WSB and Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia (PPM) as NSO organiser. 40 participants were represented such as from Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia, Philippines, Taiwan, India and Pakistan. We talking and discuss many things of hazards, safety, risk, security, NSO's Policy or risk management planning, ideas and many more things related. The significance moments was the International Night Dinner. It's bring memorable occasion to everyone.
