Scout Leader Traning Course 2024
What inspired you to take up the project?
Ismaili DIstrict Boy Scout Association organized Scout Leader Traning Course 2024. Currently I am Senior Patrol Leader. My aim is to Become Scout Leader and work for youth. I was interested in this as I also like to joint Ismaili district and work with them and become Role modle for Youth.
What are the learnings you got from implementing this project and how would you make it better?
The Learning outcomes are that how to manage Scouting. How to manage your activities. Every leader support is required. Subjects though How to earn Messenger of peace badge, Estimation , Compass , Policy organization Rule. You should know that 24 Shaheens scout make one unit . 32 Scouts and Rovers make one unit.
