Empowering NSOs to support youth leadership

The initiative empowered Arab National Scout Organizations (NSOs) by strengthening governance through localized strategies, including Morocco’s replication of regional Good Governance training (35 leaders) and GSAT certifications for Lebanon and UAE after audits, supported by Arabic-translated tools and tailored workshops in Jordan, Palestine, and Qatar. Youth engagement was prioritized via Kuwait’s Tamkeen program (75 leaders trained), Tunisia’s Rover Moot (300 participants), and the 5th Arab Youth Forum. Collaboration was enhanced through NSO summits (e.g., Kuwait 2022), Tunis board alignment meetings, and structured regional sub-committees (2023). Capacity-building in grants, fundraising, and partnerships ensured sustainability, driving compliance, youth leadership, and cross-border impact through scalable, adaptive frameworks.
