On 2nd October, we celebrated Gandhi Jayanti as well as International day of Non - Violence . Our leaders told us the importance of the initiatives taken by our Gandhi Ji also known as "Baapu" . He fought against the British colonial rule . He also gave us the mantra of Swatchhata i.e. Cleanliness is next to Godliness. His true power was Non - Violence which led India to its independence. His death on 30/01/1948 shocked whole India . We then conducted essay competition and games .
