Five days long workshop was conducted on Globalising messenger on peace network intiated by Scouts and Culture Division in partnership UNICEF in  River Valley resort at Punakha, Bhutan. Total of 19 rovers from 5 diifferent colleges participated in the program. It aims to young people to enhance personal growth, essential values and skills to create a better world.
