The theme of Applying Women's Scout Leadership Towards Human Capital.   The colloquium is organized by Barisan JK PPM National Women Bureau in collaboration with the Kedah State Education Technology Division and Kedah State Scout Association. The colloquium is intended to enable the Women's Front Line to present papers concerned with women's leadership. It also aims to provide exposure and feedback from the results of the presentations and research. Apart from having the opportunity to share knowledge, ideas, views, opinions to enhance the credibility and uphold the leadership of the Women's Scouts globally and internationally. Women leaders can also establish relationships and respect each other. Quality papers and good filling will be invaluable. Hopefully all the papers presented will be useful to all female proprietors in their respective countries. Today's women leaders are able to master and improve their skills in the science of perfection. The power of female leaders today took on the challenge of the world by having a big impact on Scout movement and was able to prove "The Hand that cradle the Cradle can shake the world". This is the starting point to uphold women leaders at the national, international and general levels.
