This programme was organised by State Training Center Bargaon ITI, Odisha State Bharat Scouts and Guides. it was held from 11th may to 31st may 2021.The main motto to organise this program was to help the needy people of our society during the second wave of COVID-19 lockdown period. During this lockdown all the markets, shops, hotels are closed according to the govt. guidelines and people those are going to medical, pedesterians or travel somewhere for their work, we arranged and distribute water, cord water and lunch packets among them.
