National Scout Day On 21st February, 2016 coinciding with the Birth Anniversary of our fifth Druk Gyalpo Jigme Khesar Namgyal Wangchuck, the nation celebrates her day as a National scout day. Scouts leading as responsible role in the school (Chukha Central School) conducted treasure hunting where chances were given to all those non scouts to experience the life of scouting through imparting the value of team work in due course of finding treasures. All the 15 classes in the school actively parted in the events and results were announced accordingly. The very objectives of programming such events were to mark and remember the day as an unforgettable moment in the history of CCS. Never the less one of the volunteer from Chirphen Troop also presented the history and scouting program in Bhutan through the means of projector and MTV. The program ended successfully with the positive feed backs and cheerful faces in all the participants.
