The Institute is supported by ADB for new training workshop construction however the old one has to be dismantled to make room for the new one however the Institute is deprived of fund as such a team of 24 members 14 trainees and 10 staffs took the project sacrificing the winter vacation and taking this project. I am the overall coordinator and my objective was to complete the targetted goal in time with ZERO injury to my team.
