Trail of Resilience
I was inspired to start this project because I wanted to develop the spirit of resilience, teamwork, and leadership among Scouts. I believe that through physical challenges and first aid training, Scouts can learn to stay strong, responsible, and ready to help others in any situation.
We planned the route and prepared all equipment, including first aid kits and camping tools. During the journey, Scouts practiced teamwork, leadership, and first aid through various challenges. At the end, we held a short reflection to evaluate and share experiences.
learn the importance of teamwork, discipline, and leadership. I also realized that helping others and staying calm in difficult situations are key values in Scouting. This project taught me to be more responsible, confident, and resilient.
