I- The Messenger of Peace (MoP), Regional Coordinators would like to conduct a regional gathering of MoP on April 1-3, 2014 at the Albay Central School, Legazpi City. II- This is to select local council coordinators and team for MoP for those councils which did not attend the MoP Team Philippines Gathering. This is also to widen the MoP flatform in our Region. III- Each Council must have at least 5 participants. IV- Participants are advised to bring their beddings, laptops, and flash drives V- Furthermore, an amount of P1, 500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred) will be collected from each participant to cover the following expenses: Registration P500 For souvenir items, I.D. & Certificate Food Contribution for 3 Days P630 3 Breakfasts @ P50/meal - 150 3 Lunch @ P50/meal - 150 3 Dinner @ P50/meal – 150 6 Snacks @P30/snacks- 180 TOTAL = P 630 Transportation To be shouldered by the Participants To be shouldered by the Participants Miscellaneous P370 To cover other gathering material such as, papers, cartolina, pens etc. TOTAL P1, 500
