on 24th August 2019 to 28th August 2019 the bharat scouts and guides himachal pradesh organised the state level youth forum for the young rovers and rangers to show their involvement and to empower them to be the future leaders .2 rover and rangers of rover ranger unit center of excellence govt college sanjauli shimla took part in the state level youth forum held at the STC Riwalsar Mandi and shows their active participation in state level youth forum.
